Cancellations and Refunds
Premium Subscription Plans
Sharex offers a premium subscription plan, available on a monthly or annual basis, which provides access to exclusive templates within the app.
Recurring Subscription Fee
By subscribing to our premium plan, you agree to pay the associated fee based on the plan you select. This fee recurs automatically according to your chosen billing cycle.
Cancellation Requests
You can request the cancellation of your subscription at any time by emailing support@sharex.com with your registered mobile number or email address. We will process your cancellation within 24 hours of receiving your request.
Refund Policy
Please note that all payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle, even after cancellation.
iOS Subscriptions
For users on iOS, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal charges will be applied within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings on the App Store.
Subscription Benefits
Even after requesting cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the period for which you have already paid.
Interpretation of Terms
In the event of any ambiguity in these terms, Sharex reserves the right to make the final and binding interpretation.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All disputes related to these terms will be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. The courts of Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such disputes.
